Sigh of Relief
Between the illness and the ketones, I managed to drop just over 2 pounds. I’m now down to 188.8 lbs (originally 194). Sure I’ve only lost five pounds in seven weeks, but it’s progress!
Although I still have a runny nose and some excessive sneezing, and my blood sugars just don’t seem to like me very much, I am feeling much better than I have in a long time.
I think I might – just might – be almost healthy.
